Meet the Allen Team Behind Servo Garage Doors Allen
We’re a small crew based right here in Allen, TX, and we’ve been fixing garage doors across Collin County since 2015. Every technician who shows up at your door is background-checked, uniformed, and trained to work to The Haven Standard. That means the same flat written price before work starts, the same photo documentation when the job is done, and the same stubborn refusal to cut corners. No subcontractors. No rotating cast of strangers. Just the same names on the truck, month after month.
Our People
Marcus Deller, Owner
Marcus founded Servo Garage Doors Allen in 2015 after spending years watching how many companies in this trade operated without a single piece of paper to back up their promises. He’s the one who wrote the rule that became Clause 1 of The Haven Standard: a flat, written price and written scope before any work begins. No exceptions. Marcus still takes calls from customers, still shows up on job sites when a spring fails at 2 a.m., and still insists on seeing the failed part photographed before any replacement is quoted. When he’s not pulling a torsion spring or reviewing documentation from the day’s jobs, he’s likely arguing with a stubborn cable drum on a mid-2000s Wayne Dalton that refuses to cooperate.
Ray T., Lead Technician
Ray has been turning wrenches on garage doors for 16 years, the last six of them with Servo. He’s our go-to for the complicated stuff: torsion spring conversions that other companies won’t touch, logic board diagnostics on older LiftMaster openers that fail intermittently, and trolley carriage replacements where the rail has worn unevenly. Ray holds lift certification for high-cycle spring installations and can identify a failing limit switch by sound alone. He’s also the only person on the team who has ever successfully repaired a Genie screw-drive opener that had been written off by two other shops. Outside of work, Ray rebuilds motorcycle engines in his garage, which explains a lot about his patience with stubborn hardware.
Dana R., Senior Installer
Dana has installed over 2,000 residential garage doors across Allen, McKinney, Frisco, and Plano. She specializes in full system replacements: Clopay doors, LiftMaster openers, new track, new springs, new everything. Dana measures every opening three times before ordering panels, which is why her installs go in square the first time. She’s also the one who trains every new hire on how to document their work properly: photos of the old hardware before removal, photos of the new installation after, and a walkthrough with the customer before the truck pulls away. When she’s not on a ladder, Dana volunteers with a local animal rescue, and her coworkers are tired of hearing about her foster fail count.
Sam W., Service Coordinator
Sam is the voice on the phone when you call at 11 p.m. with a door stuck halfway down and a car trapped in the garage. He’s been with Servo for four years and started as an apprentice before a shoulder injury moved him into the coordinator chair, which turned out to be a blessing for everyone else. Sam knows the route maps of every neighborhood in Allen well enough to tell you whether a tech can reach your house in 20 minutes or 45, and he sends the on-the-way text with the technician’s name before the call ends. He keeps a running list of the oddest emergency calls he’s fielded, and the one involving a raccoon and a Chamberlain belt-drive still holds the top spot.
One Standard, Every Job

Every person on this page works to the same set of rules. Clause 1 of The Haven Standard means a flat, written price and written scope before any work starts, whether it’s a broken torsion spring in Allen or a full door replacement in Plano. Clause 4 is the documentation clause: the technician photographs the failed part before quoting it, and the customer receives a documented photo record when the job closes. The 365-Day Done Right Promise applies to every repair any of us makes. We’re independently owned and operated under The Haven Standard, not a franchise, and we service all eight major brands: LiftMaster, Chamberlain, Genie, Clopay, Amarr, Wayne Dalton, Craftsman, and Raynor. Call (469) 613-4703 and one of us answers, 24 hours a day, including holidays.
